Fitness and Athletics

Fitness and athletics classes are the perfect way to maintain a healthy lifestyle and get your game on!

These classes are fun and a great way to stay motivated, learn correct form and be challenged to kick it up a notch. Research shows that regular exercise and physical activity help control weight, combat health conditions, improve mental health and boost your energy.

Athletics

We offer several fun ways for adults to participate in sports without having to worry about the time and commitment necessary for adult league play.

Pickleball, the fastest-growing sport in the last decade, is offered several days a week in our gym at Forest View. We offer options for beginners just looking to get started as well as open play nights for more advanced players. Family badminton is also offered on Sunday mornings at Buffalo Grove High School for all levels. If you’re interested in martial arts, join us for Shotokan karate on weeknights at Forest View. All ages and levels are welcome!
