Milwaukee Christmas Lights
Milwaukee Christmas Lights Tuesday, December 3, 2019 $129
At Christmas time in Milwaukee, nightfall brings a kaleidoscope of more than 500,000 twinkling lights and dozens of animated displays spreading holiday cheer throughout downtown! Join us for the 21st annual Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival as you get a perfect mix of history, Milwaukee Christmas traditions, tasty treats and a dash of lighthearted holiday spirit! Upon our arrival in Milwaukee we’ll enjoy an early dinner in the St. Francis neighborhood at Polonez, a family owned authentic Polish-American Restaurant. We’ll be joined by a singing guide who will lead us on a fun Holiday tour to see downtown Milwaukee’s Cathedral Square, Pere Marquette Park and Zeidler Union Square aglow with lights that celebrate themes of the holiday season. The eye-catching vibrant blue and white LED chandeliers suspended over various intersections down Wisconsin Ave are a sight to see and one of Milwaukee’s truly unique holiday lights traditions. We will conclude our festive evening at Maders Restaurant for hot chocolate, coffee, gluhwien, and apple strudel for dessert. Mader’s is the city’s oldest restaurant and has hosted such luminaries from Presidents Kennedy, Ford and Reagan to Bob Hope, Bing Crosby, Vince Lombardi and Nat King Cole!
